Wade Macdonald is recruiting for a busy finance team to manage high-volume purchase ledger transactions. You will match invoices to multiple purchase orders, resolve supplier queries and prepare payment runs, using Excel and accounting software to maintain accurate records.

Initial office-based work with up to two days from home after probation; a salary of £30,000–£35,000 and a friendly, supportive team environment are offered to the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years' purchase ledger or accounts payable experience (preferred).
• Strong numerical ability and accuracy in high-volume processing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Aufgaben

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Accurately match complex invoices to purchase orders.
• Investigate discrepancies and respond to supplier queries promptly.
• Prepare payment runs and reconcile supplier accounts.
• Maintain short-term cash flow records.
• Utilise Excel and accounting systems to support accurate processing.
