Fisher German is seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Controller to join the Ashby de la Zouch head office in a permanent, full-time role. The position offers a hybrid working policy with core office hours and strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

As part of a small, friendly finance team, you will manage supplier invoices, reconciliations and BACS runs, while supporting month-end tasks and data cleansing.

Formación

• High attention to detail and accuracy in supplier data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication within a finance team.
• Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic IT systems.
• Experience in purchase ledger or similar finance role is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process bimonthly BACS runs and ad hoc payments.
• Set up new suppliers and perform Purchase Order control.
• Purchase ledger/supplier data cleansing and month-end support.
• Support the wider finance team as required.
