Qualifications

• Experience as Purchase Ledger Clerk or Accounts Assistant, with strong purchase ledger knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel and reconciliations, with attention to detail.
• Confident using Xero independently to process invoices and payments.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of purchase invoices in Xero with accurate coding and approvals.
• Manage the purchase ledger from receipt to supplier payment and reconciliation.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support month-end processes and maintain supplier records.
