Venn Group is recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a Preston-based position within a well-established organisation. You will handle high volumes of supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and support month-end activities in a collaborative finance team.

The role is permanent, 35 hours per week, with a salary of £25,200 and benefits, including flexible hours and funded study support for progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable.
• Strong Excel and finance system skills.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and resolve queries promptly.

Responsibilities

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice or payment queries.
• Supporting payment runs, maintaining supplier records and assisting with month-end activities.
