Job description

Role: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location: Poole

Pay: Up to £28,000pa

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What’s involved?
  • Responsible for all purchase ledger administrative tasks
  • Dealing with the entire process of purchase ledger invoices
  • Answering queries from all suppliers & internal departments
  • Reconciling statements & checking for discrepancies
  • All necessary organisation of invoices & statements etc
  • Ensuring credit card transactions are processed correctly
  • Attend weekly meetings across departments
  • AD HOC duties across other departments when required
  • Process internal company expense forms & files
