Now, we’re looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our dedicated Accounts team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Posting invoices – ensuring accurate and timely entry into the system.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements – keeping our accounts in check.
• Resolving queries – working with suppliers and internal teams to solve any discrepancies.
• Ad-hoc payments – supporting the finance function as needed.
• Posting of credit card spend – maintaining accurate records of business expenses.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar finance role (purchase ledger experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers and colleagues.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Competence with finance software (experience with GOLD would be a plus).
