Confidential in Basildon is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the Finance team. You will match and code supplier invoices, support reconciliations, and help maintain accurate ledgers.

This is a full-time, office-based role (8:30am–5:30pm, with an early finish on Fridays) offering free parking on-site and a starting salary of 28k–35k DOE. Candidates should be organised and reliable, able to work as part of the finance team to ensure smooth departmental operation.

Purchase Ledger Clerk
We are recruiting for a brilliant client based in Basildon, who are seeking an Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the Finance team.

Duties will include:

• Matching and coding invoices
• Preparing and running BACS payments
• Reconciliations
• Setting up new supplier accounts
• Working as part of the finance team to ensure the smooth running of the department

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm with an early Friday finish
Fully office based position, with free parking on-site
Starting salary of 28k-35k DOE
