Job summary

Holy Trinity CofE Primary School is inviting applications for a Pupil Support & Play Leader. The role involves supporting pupils, leading lunchtime play, and assisting KS2 under a caring, calm supervision. Part-time hours (17.75 per week) run Monday–Tuesday 8:15am–3:15pm and Wednesday 8:15am–1:00pm, during term time with 3 inset days included.

Salary is Surrey Grade S3, pro-rata £10,221–£10,404 for 17.75 hours, with a full-time equivalent of £25,133. Start date mid November 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in schools
• Excellent spoken English and written communication
• Ability to support children in learning and emotional literacy

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in learning and emotional literacy.
• Lead lunchtime play and provide play leadership on all three days.
• Assist KS2 as required and adapt to skills of successful candidate.
• Attend inset days as part of term-time contract.
