Job summary

Eden Girls' School, Coventry, part of Star Academies, is seeking a dedicated support professional to help young people in a disadvantaged community. The role focuses on tailored pupil support to foster an outstanding learning environment and strong student progress.

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*-C.
• Practical experience of working with children within an educational setting.
• Experience of supporting children within a school context.
• Ability to work one-to-one, in small groups and with whole classes.
• Ability to plan own role in lessons including feedback to students and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and teaching to create an outstanding learning environment.
• Build positive relationships across the school and Star community.
• Plan and deliver feedback to students and colleagues on learning and behaviour.
