Job summary

Pink Tile Education Ltd is recruiting a Pupil Support Assistant to join its brand-new specialist SEMH school opening in Esher, Surrey this September. You will support pupils aged 7–17 with SEMH needs and moderate learning difficulties, providing 1:1 and small-group support throughout the school day.

Working alongside teachers and the pastoral team, you will help students feel safe, valued and ready to learn, encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation while building trusting

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Calm, empathetic and resilient with a positive attitude.
• Able to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
• Passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.

We’re recruiting Pupil Support Assistants to join a brand-new specialist school opening in Esher this September. Supporting pupils aged 7–17 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), you’ll play a key role in helping students feel safe, valued and ready to learn.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new school from day one, working alongside a supportive team to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people.
