Job summary

The Priory City of Lincoln Academy is seeking a Pupil Support Assistant to provide high-quality support and care with a focus on academic progress, reading, behaviour and well-being. You will work within a team to remove barriers to learning and support students to achieve their potential.

The successful applicant will support specific needs in line with students' SEN Profiles/EHC Plans. Training will be provided as necessary, and you will have opportunities to deliver learning activities to

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN/EHCP plans preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills when working with young people.
