Winchelsea School is seeking a dedicated Pupil Participation Assistant to support pupils across its provisions. We collaborate closely with local schools, who host our satellite classrooms at Kinson Academy, Old Town Infant School, Stanley Green Infant Academy, Canford Heath Junior School, Broadstone Middle School and Magna Academy.We require an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the Pupil Participation Team.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils across all of the provisions, developing and implementing programmes of support for individuals and groups. They will promote participation in the curriculum and support pupils to develop skills and strategies to manage their feelings and possible conflict resolution. They may also work in class with pupils, modelling strategies, implementing behaviour support plans and supporting staff.
