Job summary

Winchelsea School is seeking a dedicated Pupil Participation Assistant to support pupils across its provisions. You will help develop and implement programmes of support, promoting curriculum participation and skills for managing feelings and conflict resolution. You may work in class modelling strategies and supporting staff with behaviour plans.
