Manor Oak Primary School is seeking a teaching assistant to support learning and development. The role involves one-to-one or small-group help, assisting with lessons, preparing the classroom, and tracking pupil progress.

You will also assist with personal care, health and welfare, supervise pupils, promote inclusion, and provide general admin tasks such as photocopying and filing. DBS check and right to work in the UK are required.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-to-one or small-group learning support to meet individual needs
• Assist teachers to deliver high-quality lessons and engaging activities
• Attend to pupils' personal needs including health, hygiene, first aid and welfare
• Supervise pupils to keep them safe and able to access learning
• Build positive relationships with pupils and act as a role model
• Promote inclusion, participation and independence for all pupils
• Prepare the classroom for lessons and help tidy and display pupils' work
• Monitor and report pupil progress, behaviour and achievements to the teacher
• Maintain accurate pupil records as requested
• Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing and collecting money
