Job summary

GAP Group is seeking an Installation Co-ordinator within the Pumps division at Scotia House, Spennymoor. The role involves coordinating installations, raising contracts, preparing quotes, sourcing equipment, arranging transport and handling invoicing for customers.

You will work closely with the installation manager and teams to deliver bespoke solutions, requiring strong IT skills, excellent customer service, and proactive teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume role within the hire industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills with MS Office including Outlook and Excel.
• Strong team player with the ability to work to own initiative.

About the role

GAP Pump & Power Services Division provide advice, servicing, maintenance and repair for generators, dewatering & sewerage pump applications. This includes a large range of hoses, settlement tanks and water processing solutions.

The Installation Coordinator will provide a prompt and efficient service to our customers. You will work closely with the installation manager & their teams to ensure we deliver bespoke solutions for our customers.

You will be responsible for raising contracts, preparing quotes, sourcing equipment, arranging transport, invoicing, answering telephone & email enquiries. This is a challenging, fast paced and rewarding role that provides a fantastic platform to grow and progress within GAP Group.

About You

Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:

• Ideally have experience working within a high-volume role within the hire industry
