Job summary

GAP Group Limited is seeking a Pump & Treatment Installation Engineer to install, commission and troubleshoot pump and water treatment systems within the GAP fleet. You will travel across the region, work on-site installations and provide servicing, safety checks and inspections to ensure reliable equipment for customers.

A valid driving licence is essential and full training is provided. The role emphasizes on-site work and travel across the region, with opportunities to grow expertise in water

Qualifications

• Experience within pump installations and/or water treatment preferred; full training provided.
• Sound knowledge of diesel pumps or water treatment is highly desirable.
• CITB/NVQ qualification is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and troubleshoot pump and water treatment installations across the region.
• Carry out safety checks, testing and inspections on equipment.
• Site-based role with travel across the region and on-site servicing.

GAP Pump Services provide advice, servicing, maintenance and repair for water treatment, dewatering and sewerage pump applications including a large range of hoses, settlement tanks and water processing solutions.

As a Pump & Treatment Installation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the region by ensuring that our customers can hire what they want, when they need it through the efficient servicing and maintaining a variety of pump or water treatment equipment within the GAP fleet.

As part of our high-performing regional team, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning and troubleshooting pump and water treatment installations. In addition, you will maintain water our treatment equipment which includes safety checks, testing and inspections.

** Please note this is a site based role which will involve travel across the region.
