Pump and Rotating Equipment Fitter / Mechanical Engineer

About the Role

• Perform comprehensive pump overhaul, including assembly, testing, and disassembly of various pumps and spares.
• Work primarily in-house with occasional site visits for removal, re-installation, and commissioning of equipment.
• Compile assembly documentation and work as part of a busy team.
• Flexible working hours may be required.

This role is suitable for candidates experienced with pumps, valves, blowers, motors, mechanical seals, gears, fans, or other rotating equipment. Candidates should have relevant qualifications (C&G Level 3/BTEC ONC or equivalent), a good understanding of tolerances, and high standards of work.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday, 8:00-16:30; Friday, 8:00-15:30; 39 hours/week with unpaid lunch breaks.
