Qualifications

• Operate pulp processing equipment following safety guidelines.
• Load pulpers, conveyors and maintain loading schedule.
• Identify contaminants and isolate as required.
• Maintain daily checks and housekeeping in the working area.
• Comply with quality, environment and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Feed the pulpers according to the loading sheet and enter details into the stock system.
• Dewire bales and load onto conveyor in line with schedule.
• Operate de-wiring conveyor, pulper feed conveyors and baler.
• Identify potential contaminants in bales and isolate as required.
• Complete routine checks and report faults; ensure daily equipment functioning.
• Support operation and cleaning of the paper machine as needed.
• Maintain high housekeeping and adhere to safety rules.
