Job summary

Spirit Health Group Limited is seeking a Pulmonary Rehabilitation Technical Instructor to support safe, effective delivery of pulmonary rehabilitation across multiple sites. The role involves leading group sessions, both in person and virtually, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

The position requires strong communication, clinical records management and adherence to protocols, with a focus on compassionate patient care and professional development.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths required or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support safe and effective delivery of pulmonary rehabilitation.
• Lead and assist face-to-face and virtual group sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and complete outcome measures.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and referrals.
• Communicate with patients, carers and partner services.
• Uphold confidentiality, dignity and safety.
• Prioritise workload within competencies and protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pulmonary rehabilitation standards.
