Our client, an international London-based book publishing house, has asked Think Selection exclusively to find a Publishing Director to lead their children’s books division.
Your role as Publishing Director will be to oversee a growing division of successful, high-quality children's book imprints, with full responsibility for directing and shaping the lists.
This senior publishing role is suited for an experienced and highly motivated individual with creative and commercial skills to expand the company’s successes into new and lucrative areas.
Leading a team of editorial directors and designers, you'll drive publishing strategy and oversee the creation of new products for UK and international markets.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading creative teams, a proven track record in acquiring and commissioning children’s books, and the ability to assume full commercial responsibility for a children’s book publishing division.
