Job summary

White Rose Education is seeking a senior, hands-on Creative Design Lead to define the visual style of its learning resources for thousands of teachers. You will own templates, layouts and artwork for print and digital materials, with potential to lead a growing design team, while working across Halifax and Leeds sites.

The role focuses on design systems, templates and standards that enable scalable, high-quality resources with strict publishing calendars and cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Senior design experience in publishing or high-volume template-driven environments.
• We expect a strong portfolio showing template and system work.
