Job summary

Invictus Games Birmingham 2027 is seeking an organised, proactive Publications Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of publications and designed communications. You will own the organisation-wide publications pipeline, ensuring we know what needs to be produced, when, by whom and with what resources.

The role is hybrid and based at our Birmingham office with flexible working. The salary is £42,000–£50,000 per year, fixed term to 31 October 2027, with 30 days annual leave plus

Qualifications

• Must be able to plan and manage publications
• Strong coordination across teams and deadlines
• Ability to manage design and copy resources

Responsibilities

• Own the publications pipeline across the organisation
• Coordinate with Communications, Marketing, Digital and Partnerships
• Manage graphic design resource and coordinate copywriting, proofreading, design and production
• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers for complex work
• Ensure routine production is delivered efficiently in-house
• Support Games-time communications and materials as volumes increase
