Job summary

Veolia Environmental Services (Uk) Plc seeks a vigilant on-site assistant to guide the public in correct waste disposal and to enforce site rules. You will manage on-site traffic, check IDs and permits, and maintain cleanliness while supporting the management team with rule observance feedback.

The role requires reliable, punctual candidates with good communication skills and a proactive approach to health and safety on site.

Responsibilities

• Advise the public on correct bays/methods for waste separation.
• Provide clear instructions to users and ensure rules are observed.
• Inform management of site rules observance issues.
• Manage traffic into and on-site.
• Check IDs and permits from residents and site users.
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards.
• Sort and move waste streams as required.
• Support management with any other requests.
