We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and talented Public Services Lecturer to join our friendly and professional Public Services team. In this post you will be delivering teaching and assessing on our Public Services courses across Level 1-3.

Working closely with the Programme Manager and the rest of the departmental team, you will have the chance to share your knowledge and skills with learners to help them achieve at the highest level as well as driving continuous improvement within the College. You will act as a personal tutor, promote attendance, participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning, development and review activities within your subject area.

The working days for this role is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday working from 8:45am - 5pm.

The Successful Candidate Must Have

• A teaching qualification (at ideally level 5 or above such as a PGCE, DET/DTLLS or Cert ED)
• Experience of delivering teaching on Public Services FE courses across Levels 1-3
• At least a Level 3 Public Services qualification or similar (ideally BTEC)
• Relevant industry related experience within a Uniformed or Non-Uniformed Public Service
  
  

An assessing qualification would also be highly advantageous
