£25.82 - £40.26 per hour

Variable Hours - we currently expect up to 12 hours per week for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Crawley College is seeking an inspirational Public Services Associate Lecturer to join our teaching team on a flexible, variable hours basis. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality education to a diverse range of students, helping them prepare for careers in law enforcement, emergency services, and the wider public sector.

About The Role

As our Associate Lecturer in Public Services, you will teach NCFE Uniformed Services courses at Levels 1, 2, and 3, plus a dedicated Level 3 Policing course. You will create engaging, effective lessons that support student progress and work within a supportive team to provide outstanding education.

  • Public Services expertise, ideally with industry experience.

  • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
