Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) is seeking a Transformation Change Manager in Manchester, full-time, 36 hours with hybrid working. The role focuses on guiding people and processes through significant change across the organisation, ensuring adoption and real benefits.

The position requires strong stakeholder engagement, experience with delivery in hybrid environments, and knowledge of change management practices.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying, analysing and engaging stakeholders using appropriate channels.
• Experience in waterfall, agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience supporting business change in digital, data or technology-enabled transformation.
• Ability to use user insight and performance data to shape change activity.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, support and deliver change across the organisation.
• Help teams understand what is changing, why it matters and how to prepare.
• Collaborate with project teams, operational colleagues and senior leaders to ensure smooth adoption.
