Job summary

Matchtech Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Quality, Risk and Governance Manager for a nine-month contract to lead the Quality, Risk, Governance and Assurance framework across mobilisation, transition and ongoing service delivery, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Based in Leatherhead or Swindon with three days per week in the office and occasional travel, the role requires BPSS and CTC clearance and an immediate start for a senior governance professional to translate requirements

Qualifications

Significant leadership in quality, governance, risk, assurance or compliance.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and audit methodologies.
Experience managing IT risk, risk registers and governance reporting.
Understanding of contract governance and regulatory requirements.
Experience supporting mobilisation or transition of major contracts.
Senior stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the contract-level QMS, governance processes, risk framework and document control.
Translate contractual and regulatory requirements into practical controls and assurance activities.
Lead internal audits, assurance reviews and compliance assessments with evidence management.
Maintain risk and issue registers and provide governance reporting.
Support mobilisation and transition readiness for major technology or outsourced contracts.
Coordinate governance forums and produce clear reports for senior stakeholders.
