Job summary

The role requires extensive experience in product management, UX, Agile and programme assurance, plus strong C-level stakeholder communication and staff coaching. You will mentor a small team and drive successful outcomes in fast-changing environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive vertical knowledge of Product Management, with UX, Agile and Programme Assurance.
• Experience in two major verticals including Public Sector.
• Experience with multiple business applications (CRM, eCommerce, etc.).
• Strong C-level stakeholder communication and mentoring clients.
• Broad business and tech understanding with industry trend awareness.
• Proven delivery in an agile team.
• Experience in line management or coaching.
• Excellent facilitator: drive focused outcomes from large groups.
• Able to plan and lead engagements from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communicator and translating requirements into functional specs.
• Strong commercial awareness, delivering within project constraints.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall PM delivery.
