Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities within a public sector environment.
• Develop high-quality procurement and contract documentation.
• Ensure audit-ready records and reporting of procurement performance indicators.
• Maintain a pipeline of procurements for assigned directorates.
• Engage in stakeholder and supplier relationship management.
• Review and approve business cases prior to procurements and awarding contracts.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and relevant legislation.
• Monitor compliance to approved processes, suppliers and contracts.
• Identify improvements in procurement processes and systems.
