You will collaborate with internal teams to shape procurement plans, prepare tender documents, evaluate supplier submissions, and maintain records, with weekly office presence.

• Manage procurement activity from initial requirement through to contract award.
• Work with internal teams to shape clear procurement plans.
• Prepare procurement documents with requirements, timescales and evaluation criteria.
• Run tender processes and respond to supplier queries to achieve timely outcomes.
• Review supplier submissions against agreed criteria and record evaluation outcomes accurately.
• Provide practical procurement guidance to colleagues throughout each stage of the process.
• Maintain accurate procurement records for easy access and review.
• Help the Procurement & Supply Chain team deliver planned purchasing activity across the organisation.
