Job summary

TLT is recruiting a Senior Associate to join the Public Sector Contracts and Procurement team in the Manchester or Birmingham offices. The role requires a lawyer with 3+ years' PQE and strong UK public procurement experience to advise on procurement processes, draft and review ITTs, specs and notices, and support bid strategies.

You will handle a broad caseload across local authorities, government bodies and law enforcement, contribute to business development, and work in a collaborative, hybrid

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 3+ years' PQE in UK public procurement law, including Procurement Act 2023 and Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Responsibilities

• Advise on procurement processes and draft/review key documentation (ITTs, specifications, notices).
• Draft, review and manage contracts, framework agreements, and call-off arrangements.
