Job summary

Cisco Systems UK is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our UK Regional Government team in the North of England. In this customer-facing role you will collaborate with business and technical leaders to ensure Cisco's products and services align with the public sector's needs.

You will deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, support BOMs and RFP/RFI responses, and help build technology adoption plans.

Qualifications

• Technical customer-facing experience, preferably including pre-sales.
• Experience in at least two areas: Enterprise Networking, Network Automation, Cloud/Data Centre, security, observations, or IoT.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Support BOMs and RFP/RFI responses for public sector opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Team to craft multi-architecture solutions.
• Build technology adoption plans and stay updated on industry trends.
