Royal Borough Of Kensington And Chelsea is seeking a Litigation Solicitor within our Employment, Criminal and Commercial Litigation team at Westminster City Hall. You will deliver legal advice and manage a caseload across employment, criminal, or commercial matters, in a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment.

You will draft statements of case and affidavits, interview witnesses, and instruct Counsel.

Formación

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister entitled to practice in England and Wales
• Experience independently managing a caseload and meeting deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload across employment, criminal and commercial/litigation matters.
• Draft statements of case, applications, affidavits, and other litigation documents.
• Instruct and manage Counsel and external solicitors, negotiate with parties and stakeholders.
