Job summary

VanRath are assisting a large Public Sector organisation in Newtownabbey seeking a Joiner (Public Sector) for an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension. Based mainly onsite at the Newtownabbey site, you will deliver responsive maintenance and high-quality joinery work to meet organisational standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid CSCS/CSR card, have on-site joinery experience, and be familiar with current Health and Safety legislation.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS/CSR card.
• On-site experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience working on Response Maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities

• Responsive maintenance as and when required
• Communicate with management
• Itemize the work to be carried out in dwellings and premises
• Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that the organization expects
• Uphold Data Protection Policies
• Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the business
