Job summary

Morson Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager for a Digital Transformation programme in the public sector. The role focuses on technology/software agreements, contract management, and vendor governance within an agile environment.

The position pays £650 per day inside IR35 via umbrella, on a 6‑month contract. It requires 2 days per week in Central London and 3 days working from home, with a 1‑month payment delay initially and weekly payments thereafter.

Qualifications

• Experience with PA23 and/or PCR-2015 procurement frameworks.
• Strong understanding of digital procurement and governance.
• Proven ability to manage technology/software agreements and supplier relationships.

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Professional with strong digital procurement expertise to support a major digital transformation programme within a public sector environment. The role will focus on managing technology and software agreements, negotiating commercial contracts, and overseeing SOWs, work orders and supplier relationships within an agile delivery environment.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience procuring under PA23 and or PCR-2015 alongside a strong understanding of digital procurement, commercial governance and contract management.
