Job summary

James Andrews Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a public sector organisation to recruit an HR Advisor on a full-time, fixed-term 6-month contract. The role is hybrid with some Cardiff office work, and offers a salary up to £45,636 per annum.

The successful candidate will bring proven generalist HR advisory experience, strong knowledge of employment law and best practice, and hands-on case management skills.

Qualifications

• Broad generalist HR advisory experience.
• Case management experience for sensitive issues.
• Experience partnering with managers and trade unions.
• Experience contributing to HR policies and service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Project-manage and support HR processes including recruitment, absence and performance management.
• Provide proactive HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Escalate complex or sensitive people matters with HR Business Partners.
• Contribute to HR policy development and process improvements.
