Qualifications

• Experience in a senior or advisory role related to consulting, product or service development, business development or public sector delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to create clear proposals and engage stakeholders.
• Experience with bids, proposals and market engagement to win client work.
• Proficiency with data/analytics tools to extract insights and present findings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute across delivery, product development and growth activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development activities including proposal writing, pipeline development and opportunity identification across sectors and accounts.
• Engage with markets through thought leadership, events and client interactions to position services effectively.
• Support product and service development by ideation, design and refinement with compelling use cases and evidence.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and clients to translate complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
• Apply data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve offerings.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of innovative, people-centred, data-driven services for public sector clients.
