Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, product or service development, business development or public sector delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication for proposals and presentations.
• Experience bidding, proposals or market engagement.
• Experience using data and analytics tools to extract insights (Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, MS Dynamics).

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for business development activities, including proposal writing and pipeline development.
• Engage markets and originate leads through thought leadership, events and client interactions.
• Support product and service development with ideation, design and evidence building.
• Work with delivery teams and clients to translate complex challenges into scalable solutions.
• Apply data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve offerings.
• Help deliver outcomes for public sector clients through innovative, data-enabled services.
• Collaborate with cross-sector teams and partners to grow the practice.
• Own high-quality deliverables with strong organisation and communication.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture and practice development.
