Job summary

IBM is seeking a highly motivated Digital & Technology Solutions Degree Apprentice to join its Consulting Public Sector workstream in the UK. You will balance client-facing project work with studying for a degree apprenticeship, spending time at university partners to gain breadth in digital transformation, cloud, data analytics and AI.

You will start on 12th October 2026 or March 2027, location options include London, Manchester and Hursley, with a starting salary of £27k and a 25 day holiday

Qualifications

• Maths & English GCSE or equivalent (level 4+) is required.
• Minimum 120 UCAS points (BBB at A level) to apply.
• Office-based apprenticeship with commuting to one of the IBM locations.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: work with clients to understand their business needs and provide recommendations and solutions.
• Solution Development: develop and implement digital and technology solutions.
• Data Analysis: analyse and interpret complex data to identify trends and insights.
• Communication: communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders clearly.

• Learning and Development: participate in training to enhance skills in digital transformation, cloud computing, AI and data analytics.
