Job summary

IBM Consulting invites applications for a Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship. You will work on a Public Sector client facing project and study for your degree at IBM university partners.

You’ll gain exposure across healthcare, defence and local government while developing digital, cloud, data analytics and AI skills. Starting salaries are competitive with 25 days holiday and flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Live within commutable distance to IBM locations.
• Locations: London, Manchester and Hursley (Winchester).
• Mobility to travel to client sites or IBM locations.
• Eligibility to work in England; no sponsorship required.
• Security clearance eligibility.
• Maths & English GCSE or equivalent (level 4+).
• 120 UCAS points (BBB at A level).
• No prior apprenticeship or university course in a similar subject.
• Completed sixth form education.
• Interest in technology and curiosity about tech.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand needs and provide recommendations.
• Develop and implement digital and technology solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver projects.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Develop skills in cloud platforms, data analytics, AI and agile practices.
• Work across IBM Consulting Public sector accounts.
