Spinwell Global Limited seeks a Digital Capability Manager to lead the Chief Digital and Data Leadership Programme (CDDLP) and support delivery management across the SCS Talent portfolio. The role combines programme delivery, supplier management and agile practices to ensure high-quality, user-focused outcomes.

You will plan, mobilise cohorts, manage suppliers, track milestones and work with senior stakeholders to align priorities.

Qualifications

Experience leading talent programmes or initiatives coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
Experience working with external suppliers or delivery partners, including managing milestones, risks, issues and delivery performance.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work confidently with senior leaders and external partners.
Experience of leading talent initiatives through agile and collaborative ways of working, using regular planning, review and feedback to drive continuous improvement and deliver outcomes.
Experience using delivery tools (Jira, Trello, Asana etc) and reporting to manage workflows, track progress and provide clear visibility of priorities, risks and decisions.
Ability to work proactively, adapt to change and continuously improve delivery approaches.
Experience of working in learning, talent, leadership development, HR or capability building environments would be desirable.

Responsabilités

Lead delivery of the Chief Digital and Data Leadership Programme (CDDLP), working closely with external providers to delivery of the pilot programme successfully and plan, launch and mobilise the second cohort.
Manage supplier relationships and performance, including delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and escalation.
Lead the development of the Level 6 apprenticeship standard, including establishing and coordinating a trailblazer group of employers.
Lead regular planning and review sessions to prioritise work, unblock challenges and continuously improve the team's effectiveness.
Maintain team-wide reporting to provide clear visibility of work in progress, delivery risks and key decisions.
Work with senior stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and engagement.
Monitor delivery performance and use data to drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to wider SCS Talent priorities, supporting delivery of programmes and initiatives as required.
