Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Director of Project Management to steer large public sector digital transformation programmes in the UK. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, align with customer executives, and ensure successful delivery from mobilisation through to benefits realisation.

You will drive governance, risk and financial management while mentoring a team of project managers and delivery leads, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement across the delivery organisation.

Qualifications

Significant experience delivering complex technology-enabled transformation projects within the UK Public Sector.
Experience leading large-scale software implementation or digital transformation initiatives with multiple delivery teams.
Strong governance, budgeting, forecasting and executive reporting experience.

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex projects from mobilisation to implementation with end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, budget and quality.
Build relationships with customer delivery leaders and senior stakeholders; act as primary delivery contact.
Establish governance, risk management and reporting; manage change control and financial forecasting.
