You will engage on complex transformation programmes, apply rigorous problem‑solving, and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering work for public sector clients (central government, arms‑length bodies or similar environments).
• SC clearance eligibility or active SC clearance.
• Strong consulting fundamentals – structured thinking, clear communication, and the ability to deliver at pace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality public sector engagements on complex transformation programmes.
• Operate flexibly across engagements and deploy into SC‑required work when needed.
• Collaborate with Transformation Excellence team and coach junior colleagues where appropriate.
