Job summary

Efficio Limited’s UK Public Sector practice is seeking a Management Consultant to help governments turn complex procurement challenges into practical results. You’ll own defined workstreams with project leaders, analyze spending data, and develop actionable recommendations for client organisations.

You’ll move from insight to delivery by building business cases, driving procurements, and managing client relationships. Flexibility to travel and hybrid working are supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, the public sector or a relevant industry role with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is beneficial.
• Procurement, supply chain, commercial delivery or transformation experience is relevant; UK public-sector governance familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find the story in the data: analyse spending, suppliers and challenges to develop actionable recommendations.
• Move from insight to delivery: build business cases, drive procurements and negotiations for value for money.
• Keep things moving: manage workstream plans, deliverables and client relationships.
• Make the team stronger: support junior colleagues and share knowledge with client teams.
