Job summary

Bimplus, a leading contractor, seeks a Project Manager to deliver public sector education, healthcare, government and local authority projects. You will lead resourcing, programme production, PCSA activities and manage a project team including site managers and trainees.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience with Tier 1/2 contractors, up to £15 million schemes, and strong knowledge of NEC/traditional contracts. Role involves reporting, design team collaboration and client-facing meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects for Tier 1 or 2 main contractors.
• Managed teams within schemes delivered up to £15 million.
• Sound knowledge of design & build, NEC and traditional contracts with PCSA activities.
• Working knowledge of programming software packages.

Responsibilities

• Resourcing planning and setting strategy for projects.
• Producing contract and construction programmes.
• Driving PCSA activities across projects.
• Management of your project team (Site Managers, Assistants and Trainees).
• Attending interviews and presentations.
• Attending Design Team Meetings.
• Early logistics planning and pre-starts.
• Production of weekly and monthly reports.
