Williams Lea Group Limited is seeking a Public Sector Bid Solutions Manager to join our team. The role involves shaping bid solutions across Williams Lea and TSO for public sector opportunities, facilitating workshops, and guiding cross-functional pursuit teams through bids and tenders.

You will translate client challenges into competitive bid content, coordinate submissions, and work with finance on costed proposals, while staying aware of market trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience designing solutions for complex client requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Experience supporting bids, tenders, proposals or business development activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.
• Able to explain complex concepts clearly, accurately and persuasively.
• Understanding of technology and digital solutions.
• Commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations, technology, client management, business development and marketing to develop client solutions.
• Be the internal point of contact for information on Williams Lea and TSO solutions.
• Maintain awareness of all solutions offered by Williams Lea and TSO.
• Keep up with market trends, competitors and client needs; identify new technologies.
• Enable opportunity qualification with BD Directors and public sector operations through discovery.
• Facilitate solution design workshops and lead bid workstreams with SMEs.
• Translate customer challenges into win themes for bids.
• Articulate solutions in bid responses to meet scoring criteria.
• Coordinate submissions to public sector frameworks.
• Cost solutions with finance and create commercial proposals.
• Develop a library of core solutions content for tenders.
