Job summary

AgileSource is seeking an experienced Bid Lead / Bid Writer to drive end-to-end bid lifecycles for public and private sector opportunities. The role blends bid management with stakeholder engagement, proposal development, and go-to-market content.

You will work with delivery partners to develop winning propositions, shape new services, and advance knowledge assets using AI-enabled tools and reusable content across complex opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience producing successful bids, proposals or tender responses in public sector or regulated environments.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading and document-quality management skills.
• Ability to extract information from stakeholders and translate into persuasive content.
• Experience coordinating contributions across multiple stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of tender and proposal responses aligned with win strategy and solution.
• Manage multiple opportunities, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Engage with subject matter experts to gather technical and commercial information.
• Develop response frameworks, messaging and content from scratch where needed.
• Coordinate reviews and feedback cycles, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Oversee collaboration with delivery partners and consortium members on joint bids.
