Job summary

Actica Consulting Limited is seeking a driven Public Safety Business Development Lead to spearhead growth in the UK policing sector from its Guildford base. Hybrid working with travel to client sites may be required as you identify opportunities, build relationships and lead bid responses across the Actica group.

You will work with the leadership team to shape go-to-market strategies, drive campaigns, and support project delivery using your policing and public safety experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development.
• Proven experience in Public Safety.
• Strong network of contacts across UK police, fire and ambulance.
• Background in management consulting or delivery of digital transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to close complex deals and navigate public sector procurement processes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC level minimum) and NPPV3.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run campaigns to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and deliver a business development strategy.
• Build and manage customer relationships.
• Build and manage partner relationships.
• Manage framework responses.
• Lead bid responses, proposal generation and develop compelling commercial propositions.
• Support project delivery by bringing experience and expertise.
