Actica Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Lead to drive growth in the UK public safety sector, focusing on policing and related services. You will identify opportunities, nurture key client relationships, and guide strategic direction within this account area.

You will lead campaigns, develop go-to-market strategies, and support project delivery with policing expertise, collaborating with leadership and partners to sustain growth across the Actica Group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development within public safety sectors.
• Experience in delivering or supporting digital transformation programmes.
• Strong network across UK police, fire and ambulance services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run campaigns to identify new opportunities in UK public safety.
• Lead bid responses, proposal generation and commercial propositions.
• Build and manage customer and partner relationships.
• Manage end-to-end business development lifecycle: generation, tendering, bid development, negotiations, contract closure.
