ACS Global Consultants in Birmingham is seeking a communications graduate to own public relations and the five social media channels: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. You will report to the Founder & Director with real responsibility from day one.

This is a hybrid role with office days in Birmingham for meetings and events, and home working at other times; travel to Birmingham for events will be regular.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media, English, Business or a related subject is required.
• Strong written and spoken English (CEFR B2 or above) is essential.
• A portfolio or examples of work is expected (university projects, internships, freelance, personal work).
• Ability to plan workload, work independently from home, write for different audiences and present confidently.

Responsabilidades

• Develop PR and communications plan aligned with business strategy and review quarterly.
• Plan messaging for students, parents, universities, schools, and education agents.
• Own content and PR calendar across five platforms; coordinate with events and announcements.
• Write, edit and distribute press releases to local, national and international media.
• Produce a quarterly newsletter for partners and education agents.
• Create social media copy and brief multimedia designer on visuals and video needs.
• Develop student success stories with written consent.
• Represent the company in meetings with partner universities, schools, and agents.
• Plan and lead presence at education fairs and outreach events.
• Handle media enquiries and maintain relationships with education journalists.
